Order terms and conditions

When you order online you will be asked to check all your details before placing your order by clicking on the “Check Out” button. Once you have ordered goods online, please check and confirm your order status by logging in to your Account. We will also send you an e-mail confirming your order, however please note that we shall not be responsible if our e-mail is identified by any webmail service as junk mail and undelivered/miss-delivered. Ordering and cancelling

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered and the products are deemed to be faulty, you have the right to return them to us within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Incorrect or miss delivered items

Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and that you receive and retain a proof of postage.
